This series of photographs of a man on the side of the road who is apprehended by a Border Patrol officer was taken by Rick, a Minuteman. (Camera 081, distributed in Boulevard, CA.) According to Rick’s description of the image in Border Film Project: Photos by Migrants & Minutemen on the U.S.-Mexico Border (2007) he “Reported migrant on highway to the Border Patrol and photographed the encounter.”
